How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Generally it takes us 24-48 hours to prep your order and shipping takes ~3-5 days. So you’re looking at between 4-7 days to receive your awesome item(s). This is only applicable for items that are in stock - please check the product page for the most accurate timeline information. If something is on pre-order, it will likely ship in 2-weeks time. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
How do I track my order?
Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow that tracking number to locate your order. If you have not received a tracking number, it’s likely that your order has not shipped. But sometimes it ends up in your Spam folder so don’t forget to check there! If your tracking number is not working please email support@stockedmerch.com for assistance.
I only received part of my order!
If you did not receive your complete order, please contact support@stockedmerch.comand we will make sure you get your order in its entirety. Please note, orders may ship in multiple packages and items on backorder may be delayed and shipped separately from the rest of your order.
Do you offer exchanges?
Returns, refunds and/or cancellations are allowed for online purchases only for the first 30 days.
Please note: We do not accept international exchanges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
If you received your item(s) damaged or have an issue with sizing, please contact our support team through our website within 7 days of the order's delivery date.
All exchanges must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
You will be required to return the merchandise in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Alliance of Mom's team.
Using a tracking number is highly recommended to ensure your exchange does not get lost or misplaced. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Help! I made a mistake and need to change my order!
You can change your address, contact information, sizes, or make a cancellation up to 5:00pm PST the day your order is placed. Items on pre-order or backorder may have a wider window to make revisions -- but please note we are trying to get orders out super fast so it is best to contact us as soon as possible because sometimes your order might already be out the door before we can make a change! Please contact support@stockedmerch.com.com to make those updates.
I got a notification that my item was delivered, but didn’t receive it…
Expecting mail and not receiving it can be a huge bummer. Double check your tracking number and make sure that USPS isn’t reporting any delivery issues. Make sure you look around your mailbox/porch/mail room -- sometimes packages can hide in odd places! If your order hasn’t turned up after a few days, please reach out and we’ll help you!
Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email?
If a valid email address is entered at checkout, you will receive an email notification when your order has been submitted, followed by shipping and tracking information once the order has shipped. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please reach out to support@stockedmerch.com!
How can I tell what size I am?
We provide size charts on most of the product pages!
Can I pay by phone or check?
No, not at this time. We can only process orders via our online checkout.
If I make a donation at check out, is it tax deducitble?
The donation is not tax deductible, though 100% of donations, less credit card transaction fees, will be donated to the Alliance of Moms.
